Hi, I’m Kelsey, a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Pediatric Sleep Consultant in Vancouver.
I have over 10 years of experience working in mental health and specialize in working with individuals and families through a person-centered and attachment-based lens while always using trauma-informed approaches.
In therapy with me, you can expect to feel safe, supported, and understood. We will work together to find solutions to your problems.
Pediatric Sleep Counselling
If you’re a parent of a little one with poor sleep, you’re likely exhausted.

This is a holistic approach to sleep. Sleep support & plans are evidence-based and focus on the parent-child relationship and parent’s intuition. For babies and toddlers (0 months-4 years old).

For all issues that relate to women. This may include relationship issues, pregnancy and motherhood, postpartum depression & anxiety, and identity issues.

For all of life's challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, work and life stressors, life transitions, and relationship issues. Modalities include DBT, CBT, Mindfulness & EMDR.

Parenting Support
Counselling to strengthen the parent-child relationship, which may include help with your child’s behavior and/or emotional issues. I specialize in working with children under 5 years-old.

EMDR trauma Therapy
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence based psychotherapy approach for healing trauma. It is recognized by World Health Organization (WHO).

North Vancouver Counsellor
Offering in-person counselling appointments at 20th and Lonsdale. 1940 Lonsdale Ave, North Vancouver (next to the London Drugs). Although my office is located in North Vancouver BC, I also offer online counselling for women and men across BC including the Lower Mainland, Sunshine Coast, Okanagan, and Vancouver Island. All you’ll need is a wifi connection and a computer or smartphone.

My counseling style is warm, empathetic, and collaborative. I work closely with my clients to identify their needs and tailor treatment to their unique circumstances. I use a range of evidence-based modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and interpersonal therapy, among others.
